Step 1

Credentials

Please fill out your login information so we can access your hosting and your website.

Domain Registration:

This is where you registered your domain (ex. Godaddy) and paid for it to be active. We need to access it if we are moving your website to new hosting and must repoint your domain to a different server. If you have any questions leave this field blank, we will reach out to help you figure it out!

Website Hosting:

This is where you host your website and pay for it to be active (if different from domain registration). We need to access it to be able to back up your website before changes are made and access core files. If you have any questions leave this field blank, we will reach out to help you figure it out!

WordPress Login:

This is where you login to your WordPress website to make changes or update the system. We need to access it to be able to edit your website for your project. If you have any questions leave this field blank, we will reach out to help you figure it out!

Step 2

Upload Media

Please upload all the media files and any content you’d like to be added to your new website. This is required for any new websites. You can add text, images, video, and links to the resources you’d like us to use.
