Are aStash Press Release links no follow or do follow?

The ratio of do follow to no follow links in a press release is typically 90:10; however, this can vary greatly depending on which news outlets choose to run the PR with do follow links, since they have the “last say” when entering the HTML on their pages.

All no follow can be requested as well (recommended).

Because PRs are used primarily to diversity anchor text, and because they wouldn’t be a very sustainable means of link development if they were entirely do follow, this won’t significantly affect the SEO worth of your PR. You have done a great job of varying your anchors, since Google will identify these organic anchors in your anchor text profile while not receiving link juice from the PR.

Our suggestions for using a press release are outlined in more detail here.
